Since the beginning of the previous TuBAvI project and for the entire TuBAvI-2 project, all Partners have been involved in the statistical analysis of data to work out the results on phenotypic and/or genetic characterisation performed at their facilities. Moreover, all phenotypic data (Action 1, Action 7 and Action 8) will be collected into standardised datasets and will undergo descriptive statistics analysis and variance analysis to study the effects of different independent variables (i.e. breed, family, age…). Comparative results are expected, leading to the identification of breed specific traits.
