Researchers from BRAvi group participated on May 27th, 2026 in the conference Safeguarding biodiversity in the zootechnical sector – between global challenges and Common Agricultural Policy (PAC). It was a chance to deepen knowledge on PAC tools designed to safeguard local breeds, to present the results obtained from Department projects, and to think over future perspectives.

Ecosystem conservation and restoration

Verbania, November 6th-7th, 2025

Researchers from BRAvi group participated on November 6th-7th in the BioDiv2025 congress, organized by Biodiversity Gateway of the National Biodiversity Future Center and by Successione Ecologica in cooperation with Istituto di Ricerca sulle Acque (IRSA, Water Research Institute) and Istituto di Scienze Marine (ISMAR, Marine Science Institute) of the National Research Council (CNR) (successionecologica.it/biodiv2025/).

The event allowed students, young researchers, and experts to share opinions on the themes of biodiversity and nature conservation, of ecosystem functionality restoration and of sustainable use of resources. The BRAvi project participated with a poster, which can be downloaded by clicking here.
